Abstract
This study aims to deeply understand how infomation system and service efficiency influence employee performance at the regional secretariat of southwest papua province. A qantitative research approach was used to examine the influence of information systems and service efficiency on service satisfaction. The results indicate that information systems contribute positively to service satisfaction, but the effect is not significant, and service efficiencey has a positive and significant effect on service satisfaction. A joint analysis or F-test, of both variables revealed a positive and significant effect on service satisfaction.
