Abstract
This Research is designed to measure the influence between establishing STKIPMuhammadiyah Sorong to the efficacy of Regional Autonomy in case of educational section inSorong RegencyThe Method used in this research is analytic descriptive. The observed populationis all academic cavities of STKIP Muhammadiyah Sorong. Principle and teacher, elite figure, andbureaucrat in Sorong Regency. Sample is taken through Stratified Random Sampling that consist40 people. The data are analyzed by using correlation of regression.The data are presentedquantitatively through the table of frequency. While, the data are gathered by using combinedtechniques as questionnaire, observation, documentation and library study. The first result there isa significant influence between establishing STKIP Muhammadiyah Sorong and the efficacyeducation Authorized Region in Sorong regency. The second result shows that there is significantcorrelation between SBM and the efficacy of education in authorized region in Sorong. The thirdresult ideates that there is still significant correlation between management of STKIPMuhammadiyah Sorong and SBM respectively toward the efficacy of education program inSorong Regency (authorized region).
