Abstract
ABSTRACTAnnisa Dewi Fitriani/142220119006. BORED PILE FOUNDATIONPLANNING STUDY AT UNIMUDA HOSPITAL SORONG BUILDING. Thesisof the Faculty of Engineering, University of Education Muhammadiyah Sorong. The purpose of this writing is to plan the substructure, specifically the foundation, for the development plan of UNIMUDA Hospital Sorong, which includes the deepfoundation known as the Bored Pile foundation. A building structure consists ofboth the superstructure and the substructure. A building structure requires astrong and sturdy foundation to support the construction above it. The initialphase in the construction activities on-site is the substructure work, whichinvolves foundation work. The chosen foundation for the development plan ofUNIMUDA Hospital Sorong is the bored pile foundation. Based on the planningand calculations, the ultimate bearing capacity of a single pile, determined usingthe Mayerhoff method from the data obtained by sounding at a depth of 5.1meters, results in a value of 509.007 tons, while the allowable bearing capacity atpoint S-1 is 161.023 tons. Additionally, a value of 297.107 tons is obtained withan allowable bearing capacity of 87.308 tons. The group bearing capacity of pileBH1 is 1094.873 tons > Pu = 418.6631 tons (OK), and BH2 is 755.840 tons > Pu= 320.0446 tons. Thus, it can be concluded that the bearing capacity is able towithstand the loads acting on both points. There are 3 piles in BH1 and 4 piles inBH2, each with reinforcement of 14D22.
